Après avoir accueilli l’an passé 165 000 visiteurs, 13 500 startups et 2 000 investisseurs et fonds d’investissement, Vivatech revient pour une 9ème édition encore plus prometteuse. 
 

Pour décrypter cette nouvelle édition, le Hub des Territoires et son partenaire le Hub Institute vous proposent de revenir sur les grandes tendances du salon qui auront un impact sur les territoires. Rendez-vous le 1er juillet pour découvrir quelles sont les innovations qui répondent aux enjeux des territoires.

Dans un contexte marqué par le changement climatique et les enjeux autour de la gestion de l’eau dans les territoires, le financement des infrastructures et des services publics de l’eau constitue un défi majeur pour les acteurs publics.Mais comment financer ce mur d’investissements dans un contexte budgétaire délicat ? 

Les besoins en investissement sont colossaux tandis que les ressources financières disponibles restent souvent limitées. Comment garantir un accès universel à ces services tout en assurant leur durabilité économique, sociale et environnementale ? Quels leviers peuvent être mobilisés pour renforcer la coopération entre collectivités, institutions publiques et partenaires financiers ?Cet évènement vise à répondre à ces questions en explorant des solutions concrètes, innovantes pour relever ces défis cruciaux.

Les foncières au service de la stratégie de revitalisation de leurs collectivités : quelles relations de travail, au quotidien, avec les collectivités, les partenaires et les porteurs de projets ? Quels sont les acteurs clés à mobiliser et comment organiser la relation avec eux ? 
La Banque des Territoires publie avec l’appui du bureau Rez-actifs un guide aux modalités d’intervention des foncières dans les stratégies de redynamisation des centralités. Dans une logique opérationnelle, cette nouvelle publication vise à mettre en perspective le rôle des foncières dans les différentes étapes de la chaîne de valeur de ces stratégies et de clarifier le positionnement de la foncière vis-à-vis des collectivités, de leur écosystème et des porteurs de projets.

Penser et développer les territoires à l'échelle des bassins de vie : quels outils ?

Le fait intercommunal s’est imposé à l’agenda territorial, redistribuant les compétences et élargissant le champ des politiques publiques aux bassins de vie. About Nina

A student at Sciences Po Paris, enrolled in the Master’s program in Territorial and Urban Strategies, Nina is interested in public policies at the territorial level as well as the challenges of ecological transition.

As part of a student project during her first year of the Master’s program, she worked with the National Housing Agency (Anah) on eco-design in urban renovation. She then took a gap year to gain more professional experience, completing two internships: the first with the City of Paris, where she contributed to the implementation of the first plan to combat energy poverty, and the second with the Paris Urban Planning Agency (Apur), where she worked on the territorialization of public health.

Currently in her second year of the Master’s program, she is beginning an apprenticeship with the association France Villes et Territoires Durables.

About Quentin

Motivated by climate issues and planetary boundaries, Quentin decided to study land use planning at the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. His experience in associative field at the Fresque du Climat, helped him to better understand the stakes of the ecological bifurcation. Between his native Haute-Savoie and his home town Rennes, where he gained expertise in mobility and sustainable agriculture, he is now based in Paris to deploy the Sustainable City by France’s territorial workshops throughout the country.

Before joining the SCbF team, he held several positions in local government management. From elected official and deputy mayor of his native city Besançon, in charge of university relations and international cooperation, to Director of Economic Development of the City of Pantin, to Chief of staff in Montreuil – where he notably piloted the in-depth redesign of the urban project towards more ecology and sustainable development – he continued his career as Senior Resilience Officer of the City of Paris.
He promotes a holistic and systemic vision of sustainable development and brings his expertise in territorial resilience, ecological and social transition.
